まあ、コトの前後に起きていることは別にして、佐藤さんは大分いらいらしてるようですね。
本当にFillipが悪いのか、このメールだけでは判断できないとしても、日本人として英単語を追っかけてみていると、言いたい気持ちは理解することができます。
さて、文法的な問題とかも多々ありますが、まずはケンカにならないようにすること、つまり、もう少し相手の立場も考えてあげて、一体どんな問題があるのか、まずはそれを共有して、それをいっしょに解決しましょう、という形にすると、いいコミュニケーションになるかもしれません。
Our agreements are nonsense! って約束しても意味ないじゃないですかって怒ってるのでしょうが、表現そのものも英語表現にしたいですが、この文面からは適切な言葉とは思えないので、ここでは削除しましょう。本当に怒るときには、このままではプロジェクトを続けられないとか、契約解除を考えるとか、そういう具体的な表現にすべきです。
最後の We ask your cooperation truky. 本当に協力をお願いします。ってことでしょうが、trulyの使い方はへんですし、英語的な表現を考えてみましょう。

とうことで、下記のような対案を考えてみました。
